QFS commenced on the Draper house Project in early 2011. Breyer once again negotiated the project with QFS knowing the complexities of the access required and procured QFS to engineer and build a scaffold over the many challenging basement areas. A series of specialist bases were installed to deal with the forces generated by the scaffold and shoring was added to numerous supporting wall structures within the basement. Important requirement of the project was to leave full access to the resident’s underground parking and also minimalize the impact on the surrounding businesses within the footprint of the site.
